His. Hers. Ours.

I always get nervous about the thought of documenting a relationship. First, there are always three viewpoints in play – his, hers, and what really happened.  Second, after 20 years, I’m not sure I remember everything or even most things that occurred in the saga that is Crawford and Kari.

Third, I wonder if any of you people actually care.  Fourth, I am also concerned that these posts could be used in lieu of ipecac.

But for a relationship that was built on letters, emails (Crawford was the first email I ever sent – stay tuned for that riveting post!), AIMs, texts, and gchats, I suppose that for us to write about *waves hand* all this – it makes a lot of sense.

All I know is that in a few days it will mark one year since I got the text that changed everything:

“Happy New Year – is this the year we finally see each other?”
